You can return any item within two weeks of delivery.
Returns will not be refunded if they are worn/washed, missing original tags/labels or were on sale at the time of purchase.
If a non-eligible item is returned to us, we will not accept it and charge you shipping to get it re-sent.
Refunds take up to 7 days to be processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund can take up to 10 days, or up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
All returns must have a printed invoice, and/or the printed confirmation email enclosed. Items which do not have either will take longer to process.
Items must be returned in their original box. Should an item be returned in an envelope or any non protective package, we will not be held responsible for damages along the way.
(Because of our ever-changing inventory, we can not process exchanges and any style/size changes need to be processed as a new order. Contact us, we're always here to help!)
Need minor alterations after receiving your item?
f you need a minor hem or if sleeve length is too long, we would be happy to alter it for you, just ship your dress back to us and indicate on the return slip what you would like altered and by how much. Or we can give you a $15 credit to hem it yourself!

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Send back your item and we will refund you to make a new order. If you do not want to wait to reorder or you're worried it will sell out, rest assured you WILL be refunded if you have sent something back in eligible condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
