You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased in-person.
Returns will not be refunded if they are worn/washed, missing original tags/labels or were on sale at the time of purchase.
If a non-eligible item is returned to us, it will not be refunded.

Refunds take up to 7 days to be processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The refund can take up to 10 days, or up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.
All returns must have a printed invoice, and/or the printed confirmation email enclosed. Items which do not have either will take longer to process.
Should an item be returned in any non protective package, we will not be held responsible for damages along the way.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To process an exchange fill out the return slip included in your order and indicate which size, style, and print you would like to swap your original order for. As long as we have the desired exchange style in stock when we receive back your original order it will be shipped right away! If we need to pre-order your exchange for you we will reach out via email to let you know this. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you are refunding an item shipping will be covered. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
