A note from the designer and founder Laurette Kittle... walker & wade started with a kaftan and a family vacation in Bali… The inspiration for my collections is to bring a little bit of the beach back home. It’s my “beach-to-table” philosophy: infuse bright vivid colors and a sexy carefree resort style into our day-to-day lives. All my collections reflect my passions: color, design, pattern and travel; all imbued in a process that bring s together ikats, batiks, tie dyes from Bali and silks from India. Our trademark is the custom bead work all done by women artisans, working at home, empowered to provide a better life for their children. Walker and Wade are my two son’s middle names (and also my husband’s). The three of them are the joy and inspiration of my life!

As Brand Manager for W&W, Molly leads all aspects of sales, marketing, and business development including launching the wholesale side of the business with a goal of bringing our gorgeous Walker & Wade designs to all 50 states. Having spent several years at BCBG Max Azria, first as the Sales Lead for the entire U.S., and most recently as an Account Executive for the Northeast and Canada, Molly brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team.Molly is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Retail Merchandising and Product Development. She is also a 200 Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and an avid supporter of a healthy lifestyle. She embodies our mantra “be ocean minded”.
