LAURETTE
Laurette founded Walker&Wade 7 years ago after a family vacation to Bali. Laurette designed dresses and coverups she wished she had on the trip and began wearing them around her hometown in Connecticut. After being asked where she got her dresses, Laurette traveled back to Bali to design a full collection of beachwear, and Walker & Wade was born.
Prior to founding W&W, Laurette graduated from Rhode Island School of Design with an art degree and had an extensive career as a textile & fabric designer for several different large companies such as Waverly Schumacher. She also founded her own company, Laurette Design, creating her own fabrics.
Laurette's favorite styles are the Day Tripper Dress (seen in photo), Carrie Dress, and Mandarin Duster!

MOLLY
As Brand Manager for W&W, Molly leads all aspects of sales, marketing, and business development including launching the wholesale side of the business with a goal of bringing our gorgeous Walker & Wade designs to all 50 states.
Having spent several years at BCBG Max Azria, first as the Sales Lead for the entire U.S., and most recently as an Account Executive for the Northeast and Canada, Molly brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and enthusiasm to the team.
Molly's favorite style in the collection is the Athena Kaftan / Sunrise Ombre becaue it reminds her of her favorite things: sunrises and sunsets!
VIRGINIA
As Marketing & E-Commerce Manager at W&W, Virginia leads all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, e-commerce sales, product launches, website management, social media, & more!
Virginia graduated from College of Charleston, with a degree in Communications. Working at W&W was her first job out of college & she has grown with the business ever since!
Virginia's favorite style in the collection is the Alexis Dress / Cheetah, since she lives life on the wild side!
SYDNEY
Sydney graduated from St. Lawrence University, with a degree in Conservation Biology & Global Studies. In her free time, she loves hiking, sailing, skiing, and spending all of her time outside!
Sydney's favorite style in the collection is the Courtney Dress / Blue Poppy and it's one of her summer go to dresses!
ANNIE
Annie came from a multi-line show room, and is excited to grow the wholesale division of Walker&Wade! Annie's favorite dress from our collection is the Naya Dress in jungle.
KELLY
Kelly handles all aspects of our direct sales division.
KYRA
Kyra manages all day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping online orders, wholesale orders, inventory management, sample organization, & more!
