What is The Beach Club?

The Beach Club is our loyalty program. Once signed up, you will earn shells (points) for every dollar you spend online: $1 = 1 shell! You can also earn shells by completing different activities on our site such as referring friends, signing up for SMS/Email lists, leaving a review, and more. Once you collect enough shells, you redeem your shells and earn discounts on your purchases. The more shells you collect the more $ you can save!

Who can join?

Anyone can join! You can sign up through our online rewards page.

How do I earn shells?

There are a number of different ways to earn shells including referring friends, signing up for SMS/Email lists, leaving a review, making purchases, and more. To see all the ways you can earn shells, click the *Earn Shells* tab in the menu of our rewards page.

How do I view my shell balance?

You will be able to see your shell balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.

How do I redeem my shells?

Select the tab called *Redeem Shells*. Here you will see all the rewards we offer, and all of the shells available to you at that time. Once you collect enough shells, you can redeem them for a reward to be applied at checkout!

Why are my shells not approved yet?

It takes 40 days for your shell points to be approved. This is based on our 40 day return policy. If you keep your full order and nothing was returned, then your shells will be approved and count towards your shell balance!

Can I use my shells during checkout?

In order to use your shells, please click "redeem your shells" for a $ off reward on the rewards page. You can then apply this code by copying and pasting the code into the "discounts" section on the checkout page.

Is there a limit to the number of shells I can earn?

Collect as many shells as you can! The more shells you earn, the more $ off you can use towards future purchases.

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

The statuses of your rewards can be found at the bottom of your rewards page. You will see one of these three status options listed next to your shells.

APPROVED: These shells can be redeemed on rewards immediately.

PENDING: These shells need to be verified before you can redeem them. Your shell points will be pending for 40 days after your purchase. If nothing is returned from your order, your shells will be approved to use!

CANCELLED: These shells will not be added to your account, they will be washed away! For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase or return items from your order. The shells will change from pending to cancelled.

What happens when I refer a friend(s), and they cancel or return their order(s)?

Your pending shells will be returned to the ocean and removed from your account. You can always collect them another day!

Why did my shell collection go down?

You, or someone you referred to the program, cancelled or returned a purchase. If you return an item from a purchase, you will not receive shell points for this purchase.

I completed an activity, but I did not earn shells!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and reward your shells. Please allow at least 1-2 hours for all orders to update in the system.

How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn shell points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We will un-enroll you in the program, and you will lose any shells you have accumulated.
